Marco's Testimony
I, Marco, received Jesus Christ in 1983 but never lived for the Lord until 1988, when in a Word of Life Summer Camp I dedicated my life to serve the Lord. The same happened with my wife in that Camp. Individually, we both dedicated our lives to the Lord in that Camp. A short time later we got married and then the Lord took us to the Word of Life Bible Institute in Argentina. Those were four wonderful years close to the Word of God and Him speaking to our lives.
We have the conviction that God has called us to serve Him in a full time ministry. We came back from the Bible Institute in 1995, and after collaborating with the Word of Life ministry for several years, God opened the door for us to be in the ministry full time. We are convinced that there is no better place in the world for us, other than serving Him as full time missionaries. We are thankful to God for the opportunity He is giving us, we had prayed for this and He has answered. We are now living at Las Juntas de Abangares, in the northern province of Guanacaste, coordinating the construction of the Camp, the Word of Life Hacienda, and I am also in charge of the Ministry in the Guanacaste area. Our prayer is to have this camp ready soon so that the Lord use it for the salvation of many. This is what we are working for. We pray that God may lead us in this task, and also for the people that we may reach with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. All the province of Guanacaste needs Christ. The perspectives are big.
